The 3-Phase System

  2. Campaign Cadence: Visual, seasonal, and timed with peak buying periods.

  3. Segmentation Logic: Identify high-intent vs. passive users, suppress inactives, keep deliverability clean.

We also cleaned up backend logic so every action triggered the right follow-up, reducing inbox fatigue and increasing conversions.
